Wonderful times with kids, 7 yo old is fascinated.
These kits have led to wonderful times with grandkids, 7 yo old is fascinated. Beware, screws and wires are TINY and adult has do the small parts. Not a toy for long life, but immediate fun and the science exposure are great.

Fun and educational
My grandson and I had fun putting these together. And honestly, he was not the only one that learned. I also learned from doing it with him.

Great for learning
These toys are great. My daughter built them and read the explanations and is learning a lot while having fun. My only complaint is that it is made out of delicate wood so a couple of the pieces broke while building and they had to be super glued back together.

My nephew loved this stem kit!
My nephew is six years old and really loved putting these toys together! Highly recommend this gift for any child that would like to learn about laws of motion and early engineering! Some of the projects did require help from the parent. Overall, a great interactive activity. No missing parts. Accurate web description.

Great project for kids interested in hands on learning
My kids enjoyed this product. I bought it when they started showing interest in how to put things together and how things work. They had a blast and eventually ended up breaking a couple of the items from over use. For the excavator, I would not fill the syringes beyond 3 mils each. I filled the supply ones that you push to almost full and the kids had a great laugh when the smaller syringe on the arms popped off and sprayed colored water all over the kitchen. The morse code was great at showing radio signal strength and how distance can affect whether a signal is received.

Fun but short lived
My son had fun doing it but he finished quickly. He is 8 and I think it was a little young for him. He does a lot of crunch labs which I think are more challenging.

Fun alternative to screen time
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Chose this set because it offered a variety of projects. My 9 year old loved making the telegraph and solar system. We bought them for something to do other than screen time. Some of the wiring is difficult and requires adult assistance.
