Love, love, love this pan. No more cleaning stuck on food and best of all, it simply wipes clean with a soft sponge or cloth. I am going to purchase another pan in a different size.

This is my first time writing a review, and a one star at that! I purchased a 10 inch caraway ceramic fry pan back in April of 2025 and after doing loads of research settled on this one (and there were many 4 star reviews that motivated me to buy it. What a mistake!!! It was great for the first few months, and I babied it like the rest of the other 1 star reviewers. Now I am at war with this pan, and recently got out my trusty cast iron one to cook my weekend scrambled egg. And yes, it is also challenging to do the breakfast scramble in this pan without any sticking, however, in relation to the Caraway pan you'd think the cast iron was Teflon. There needs to be another word to describe the disappointment and frustration I have experienced with this pan . The eggs don't just stick , they glue to the surface. It's as if the coating has all but disappeared, though looking at the pan (which by the way does clean up easily, indicating there must be some coating left,) in contrast to the cast iron which needs serious elbow greasing to do the same cleanup, looks brand new. But don't be fooled! I feel like a real grouch writing this, but there has to be something wrong with this particular pan, as all those other 5 star ratings can't be wrong! So what's up. i would love to get a replacement pan and see how it goes. And maybe then I will be a happy camper and joyously join the 5 star gang - and be glad to shout out to the world what a great fry pan it is. Now that would be nice. OK, enough ranting and raving, but come on, $200,00 dollars Canadian, I've never spent that much money on cookware in my life! (good thing I never mentioned how much I paid for it to my wife, especially now - so keeping a low profile LOL! Caraway, give me a call and make me a believer! :)

This pan has turned me into a caraway fan. Makes the food taste so much cleaner and the clean up is effortless.

My wife absolutely loves this skillet. I’m happy if she’s happy. I am also amazed at the non-stick surface. I don’t want to try it but from what I’ve seen her create I don’t believe there is anything that would stick to this skillet. Very pleased with the ordering to arrival. The factory package was kinda cool. There is absolutely nothing I would change about this order and I highly recommend this item. One more thing…the ‘nub’ on the handle is genius. It keeps you from grabbing the skillet too close to the skillet edge. Now I’m done. Happy New Year!

Not a fan of how the gold handle will just be covered in fingerprints. Seems like good quality. Have yet to use it.
