Works as expected. More economical than getting it through vantage.

Smaller than OEM
They appear to be of reasonable quaity but are substantively smaller than the OEM product in Standard size. I had to return them.

Comfortable
Comfortable to wear. Easy to adjust. Fit as expected. Easy to put on/remove from my mask. My only complaint is that the material doesn't last well and stretches out of shape, but that's been true for every brand I've tried.

Same Size as Original
My husband has been using the over-the-head head gear for a while now. This replacement is the same size as the original one he was using. Looks the same and appears to work the same.

The box comes with 2 pieces replacement headgear, perfectly fitted with the ResMed Air-sense 10 model CPAP machine and the material looks exactly the same as the original.

"One size fits most" children maybe...
This is listed as "one size fits most" but fit neither my husband nor myself. It might fit a small woman or most children. Mine literally were about the size of a grapefruit, even stretching it didn't come close to fitting either of us. Looks to be made decently, but if it doesn't fit, it's useless.
