Excellent Creaminess and Whipping Ability
The quality is fantastic—it has a great taste and incredible creaminess. Crucially, the whipping ability is superb, giving a stable, perfect whip every time. Excellent value for money for the 1L

To sweet, tastes of ice cream not patteserie cream
Whisks up well, light and fluffy, but doesn't quiet work as a cream filling for sponges and cakes. Has that ice cream taste. I wanted a creamy patteserie cream. OK for a topping.

Good product but it cannot be frozen!
I actually quite like this product. Its a pretty decent alternative to traditional fresh cream with far less calories but my one gripe is that it cannot be frozen and because its sold in one litre cartoons much of it will go to waste! The product itself whips up to 3 times its original size so you do not need much of it to create a pretty healthy serviing for your cakes and desserts. It does get quite thick too just like whipping cream and there is much to like about this product but because it cannot be frozen and used again I have given it just 3 stars!
