Great tasting laksa paste. Better than I could find elsewhere.

The taste is lovely very authentic, came in expanding card packaging but unfortunately the contents had leaked out of the lid during transit. One sticky pot received.

Central button seal was popped on all 3 jars so I’ve no idea how long they’d been open. One had leaked all over the others - red oily paste everywhere. Apparently not permitted to return this for a refund, so I’m out of pocket. Avoid these products and this seller. Very shoddy service and waste of money.

Made the recipe on the jar. Very simple but delicious and very, very hot. The "mild" comment on the jar is very misleading and must be meant for the home country.

I had to add extra spices to make this tastier. It's not even medium hot. I added more garlic ginger, coriander cumin lime juice etc to this.

シンガポールに住んでんでいた時に、息子がラクサを学食でも、ホーカーズという屋台でもラクサを好んで食べていました。帰国後も懐かしがっていたので、ラクサペーストの瓶詰を取り寄せて、作ってみました。瓶の半分を鍋に入れ、ココナッツクリーム缶４００ｍｌすべてと、チキンスープを３００ｍｌ位(水を入れるならば顆粒のチキンスープでもよい。)油揚げ、棒状に切った絹ごしの厚揚げ、ささ身、エビを入れる。好みでおでんに入れる揚げボールやエビ団子を入れてもよい。別鍋でビーフンを茹でておく。茹で卵とさっと茹でたもやしを準備しておく。ラクサスープに茹でておいたビーフンを入れて出来上がり。茹で卵ともやしをトッピングする。好みでパクチー（コリアンダー）を彩りにのせる。ココナッツクリームは必ず入れなければだめです。息子はシンガポール時代のラクサと同じ味と喜んで食しています。残ったラクサペーストの瓶は冷蔵庫で保存すること。
