I have reordered three times. Excellent product.Observable differences:Last shipment took 3 weeks to deliverAlso each can from this recent batch has significantly less cod. A visual estimate is that it has 25% less cod and more oil. Less product.I thought this was a fluke but can after can has shown less cod.Something has changed for a reason. Net result is less product but same price.The difference is noted. Was this an accident or intentional? And who is benefiting?Because there is so much more oil in the tin and less cod liver I’m saving the oil and making Nordic Herb Dressing with it so to use everything.Recipe:Use it like olive oil in a vinaigrette.Blend:• 1–2 tbsp cod liver oil• Dijon mustard• Lemon juice• Apple cider vinegar• Fresh dill• Cracked pepperDrizzle over:• Roasted potatoes• Arugula• Cucumber salad• Smoked salmon bowlVery Scandinavian.

I’ve done some research and these (iCan) are often considered a “top-tier” brand. In my opinion, this is the best cod liver I can find here on Amazon. I’ve never had any negative experiences with this brand regarding smell or taste. At the same time, cod liver is not for everyone’s taste.However, I’m into health, and for your omega 3’s (EPA & DHA) this will do the job! I consider this a truly heart healthy product. The only issue is, that I have this on my monthly “Subscribe & Save” and there can be issues with availability.☹️I’ll split a can into 2 separate servings as the (healthy) fat content is high (as with all cod liver). My simple recipe is:Cod liverOrganic (non-enriched) white jasmine rice1 whole lemon***Do not drain the oil out. It’s got tons of nutrients in it.***

Tastes great ! (not fishy) I like it so much; I have to restrain my self from gobbling up the whole can at once. (I like to use up the can over 2 or 3 days), Has all the NATURALLY OCCURING Vitamin D I need, Omega 3's in perfect balance, Iodine for thyroid function and EXCELLENT Vitamin A for eyesight. I'm a wellness coach and always recommend Cod Livers for a super healthy snack .. it is awesome on FinnCrisp or Wasa Sourdough Crackers !
