Product is amazing!
First I’ll start by saying I was very excited to get a walking pad and this one came highly recommended. The instructions was simple and easy and literally you can take it out the box and start walking. I love it because it’s affordable, it has many levels, it’s sturdy and durable and doesn’t take up much space. The initial walking pad I received was defective, however, I reached out to there customer service one night stating my issues and the next morning they told me not worry about it put it back in box (I’ll recommend using it for a bit before throwing away the box). They sent me my return label same day and scheduled for FedEx to pick up the machine. Within the week they got back to me that they were shipping my new one 🙌🏾 I’ve been using my new pad from August and I use it 2-3 days a week and haven’t had any issues thus far. They work fast, customer service was amazing and I recommend this product with all my family and friends because it gets the job done. This is a great product for those who need to move while at home.

Responsive
This walking mat is easy to fold and move around, the remote control is very responsive, it goes smoothly and is easy to use, I would highly recommend the folding walking treadmill to anyone who wants to get more exercise in a convenient and effective way. It's suitable for all fitness levels and a great way to add some extra exercise into your day, it can be kept under the bed when not in use, the overall workout experience is very, very good, very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others, I enjoy using it to work out while working at the office, great piece of equipment to use and well worth the investment!

After multiple uses
I received this walking pad about a week after ordering it. It arrived in good condition and came with a remote, extra battery for remote, walking pad, cord, lube, tools, and manual. I wanted to use this device a a couple of times before writing a review. Pros: small, light weight, easy storage, good value (I got it on sale). Cons: if you pause it, it resets the time. The belt has shifted twice so far which causes rubbing. It’s easy enough to readjust but it’s definitely annoying sometimes when you’re in the middle of walking and it starts to make a little grinding sound. As for the reviews about it overheating- I have not had that issue yet. *fingers crossed* i did however get a warranty incase that happens. It’s also only loud when you first turn it on- the walking noise is like any other treadmill. To sum it up- I’m really enjoying it and it works well for what it’s worth. I will say that if you are on the taller side or take longer strides you should get the bigger version. I’m 5’4” and my strides fit comfortably.

Love the treadmill, don’t buy two for your home.
UPDATE: Called the company’s customer service number (provided) and they are able to pair individual remotes with individual treadmills - my issue has a solution. If you are considering a treadmill (or two!) this is the treadmill for you. We’re thrilled with our purchase(s). Original Review: My daughter bought this treadmill a couple months ago. I borrowed it and it was fabulous, so I knew I needed to have one, too. I provide childcare and it’s quiet enough I can walk and hear the nap music over it occasionally. We can not use the two treadmills at the same time. When one is in use, the other has to be turned off with the toggle switch, or it will turn on, start moving, and turn off based on what a single remote is doing. My daughter has hers in an upstairs bedroom. Mine is in the eat-in-kitchen area downstairs. It didn’t occur to me that one remote would “rule them all.” This is a huge flaw if you intend to have more than one treadmill in your home. If you only need one treadmill, this is the treadmill to buy, but I have no idea what to do with my situation. I intended to walk for an extra 20 more minutes but my daughter caught hers in motion and decided to stop it. So mine, without my touching the remote, slowed down to a full stop. (And for safety purposes, I don’t know how safe it would be to use it at the same time because one of us walks at a faster speed than the other…and I expect, if she can stop mine, she can probably speed it up as well.) I would love to speak with someone about this but do I call the company? Amazon directly? How do we fix this? (She walked on hers all day, working remotely from home - and I have time to use the treadmill three times a day, also working from home…)

More Steps During Winter - Love Walking in My Home
I didn't get this to use while working, but for use in my basement apartment after coming home from my office job. I don't have the opportunity to get many steps in during the day. Even when I try to make plans to go out and walk more, my ADHD just makes a big deal out of it. Have to get dressed, the wind is in my eyes, construction sounds, awkwardness of neighbors walking towards me on the same sidewalk for 5 minutes (why is this so uncomfortable for both parties), wanting to be done yet still far from home, just too much. This is game changer-- being able to hop right on in the comfort of my own home. 5 minutes or 1 hour at a time, in my pajamas, bathroom close by, etc. Winter is quickly approaching which will make it impossible to be outside in negative degree weather. A few things I will note: -I am 5'7 and if I walk on speed 3 or more I have to be aware of my steps in order to not step off. Opt for the larger one if you are taller, planning to jog, or simply don't want to have this problem. -Louder than expected. Mostly the steps on the treadmill are not quiet no matter how soft I tried to walk. If you are in an apartment that is not the basement/ground level, this could definitely be an issue. I won't use this during non day-time hours because I think my neighbors to the left, right, and above can hear it (old apartment). I also choose to wear headphones to block the sound a bit. -Setup was really easy (I just had to unpack it and then turn it on). I wish I asked for help to bring the package inside, it is pretty heavy. -Probably a personal problem, but watching vlogs or other normal TV while on this made me motion sick. I will opt for podcasts, interviews, etc. where the camera doesn't move around a lot. I don't have a table in front, I simply use an extendable tripod and my phone attached. Works great. Very happy with my purchase. I plan to leave it out and ready to go (instead of storing it after each use) because simply seeing it makes me want to jump on for a few minutes.

Better than expected
Very pleased with this treadmill. The floor is smooth (no rollers), so it feels nice and flat is you walk with bare feet or socks and shoes too of course. It's surprisingly quiet and smooth. My wife (5'0") uses it under standing desk and it's small light enough to flip on edge to swap with her chair and lean against the desk support. It's short so for taller people with a longer stride it may be tricky to not run off it. It's perfectly fine for walking, which is what it's designed for but the speed does go fast enough for a jog and that might be tricky to stay on it then. I'm 6' and I can walk on it comfortably, but it's barely long enough. The sides don't have covers for the edge of the treads, so you need to keep yourself centered well. It's very smooth and quite sturdy for it's size weight. This is meant to be used under a desk and if you use it with a desk then that will help you stay centered on the tread. I think it's an excellent choice for anyone but the tallest people looking for a compact walking treadmill.

Lightweight but noisy
Seems decent enough however, when I speed it up, the belt rubs on the bar in the back and makes an obnoxious noise. (See video). It doesn’t really look like it does much so I may be able to remove it. Otherwise, it’s light and can be moved around easily.

works well enough, minor issues
i liked the size and how easy it is to move and store. it rolls even standing up for turns, and fits under my bed. the remote is simple. i use it at my desk at home while working, and it's been a great way to get more steps. what i don't like: when you pause you walk, then start again a second later, it does not pick up at the speed you left off. it starts back at .7 mph. so unless i check my speed, I just have to manually click the + button back to where i was. it gets tedious. the app associated with this is also spammy and weird, i couldn't get the hang of it so i don't use it. it also beeps very loudly every time something changes, which i guess could be useful for safety, but gets annoying when you have to click so many times to change anything.

Works great
Works great, have been using for years now and haven’t had any issues, would be nice if it could get to a higher speed but accurately gets to the speed advertised.

best 200 bucks i ever spent!
i saw this on facebook and digged a little deeper to make sure it was legit. i've always wanted an electric treadmill but they are too expensive. i have a manual one but now that i'm a bit older and more achy lol, its tough on my knee. so when i found this and looked into it, i bought it for 189 plus taxes. well i have to say, its the best thing i did. it does have some weight to it though. tipping it up and rolling it isnt too hard. just dont lift it lol. i use it all the time and it works like a charm. only thing is, since this one doesnt have the handles to hold onto, you may lose your balance. i know most people dont need that but i do or else off i go LOL. so what i did is fold up the manual one i have and put this one in front of it. the manual one has handles so it works out fabulously for me!! so if you are on a budget and want an economic electric treadmill that wont take up half a room then buy this!! no regrets!!

Overheats quickly.
Overheats too quickly, smelling if burnt rubber. Pass gets too hot to use. Also makes strange sounds. Was good but didn’t last more then two months of daily use. Update: pad has now blown up and fire started in motor ! Be careful with this product! Will update how costumer service helps
