Very poor customer service when there is an issue with product
The replacement part for rear hitch cover is gray. I ordered black. The outer edges are black, but the rest of the item has a gray/white wash look to it. I have tried to wash it thinking it was a powder from production, but it in fact just the color. I contacted customer service and the customer service on this was horrendous. I explained the matter, and they informed me that it is in fact as the listing described. Mind you they have never asked for a photo. They would like me to pay $10 in shipping to return the item, which I asked for a prepaid label. To that they told me this item is a boyโs remorse and not a defect, therefore they will not be helping me out. The cover works okay, but doesnโt line up like it should perfectly. To be expected coming from Amazon. The color and the very poor customer service is what got me.

Where are plugs to attach to the left & right of this piece, top clips on but no screws or plastic plugs to secure to the bumper, useless without.
