I have both it like week ago and can tell that it helps to extend lifetime of SD with battery, in about 20 - 30%. (compare playing in Deep Rock Galactics with and without).

I've only been using it for a few days, but thus far I am impressed. I've been testing it with Palworld, a game that makes my Steam Deck overheat like crazy, and it keeps the system at a workable temperature. I appreciate that it runs off its own battery instead of siphoning power off the Steam Deck. This means that it does not put a drain on the Deck's battery, and it can be used to cool down the Deck when it is powered off. For the most part, it is quiet. Unless you turn the knob up to the max, then you get some noise and vibration. But I think it can perform adequately at lower settings.

遊ばない時のスタンド機能が欲しかったのと、Steam deckに風を当てるのでは無く、 deckの排熱口から空気を引っ張る方法なので効率良く冷やせるかなと思って購入。 スイッチ部は角が取れた六角柱状で小さく摘み難く滑るのでノンスリップシールを貼りました。 電源投入を忘れてゲームをすると排熱に影響するのは当然のことですが、 スリープ状態でも deck本体のファンは回っている様で、本製品を装着したままだと deck本体が熱をもっている時があります。 その所為なのか deck起動時にCPUファンフル回転でブラックアウト（故障、直らず）しました。 スリープの時は外すか3割以上の回転で動かしたままにした方が良さそうです。 風量はしっかりあります。 フルパワーは流石に煩いですが、手で風を感じるくらいの出力ならそんなに気にならず、排熱もされていると思います。 スタンドの角度も自分好みの立ち気味です。 起動しっぱなしの為にUSB繋ぎっぱなしにするのも過充電が怖いので使用を諦めましたが、正しく使えば良い製品かと思います。
