Great tool it gets the job done

On bare clean metal started with the studs. I used all of the settings and options and not one time did it stick to the metal. Yes I made sure there was complete contact with all the electrodes. I saw a spark or 2 but the studs didn't even begin to glow like they were really hot. I then tried the washers. I got them to stick only on max just barely. Gently installed the puller and even with the slightest tap it popped off. Frustrating and waste if money !

Love it but be careful keep in one place too long and it will burn rod through metal.

There are possibly three (and definitely one) missing items. I don't need to return the purchase, though. I will appreciate if the missing part(s) are/is sent to me. Check the pictures for details. Going by the Amazon picture, it is one item (a set of 2.5mm stud pins) that is missing. But going by the package picture, two additional items are missing. But I am not returning the purchase.

I pulled my first dent with ease. Works awesome.

Very Disappointed! Would not create a weld that would allow a slide hammer to pull against a dent! I could remove the studs with just a simple pull with my fingers! I will give the Manufacturer credit for refunding my purchase with very little push back

This product does not have enough power. They supplied a bunch of things to spot weld to your dent. When you attach the puller to the piece you just welded, it falls right off. Everything thing is clean and free of any paint, but it's still not strong enough to pull any dent. I asked for a replacement gun or refund. I haven't received either one. I forgot to mention, I only tried to use it one frustrating time. Not recommended.
