This is the best hair dye I have ever used at 51 years old. Professional quality! This is a beautiful color and leaves hair soft and shiny!

Zero white coverage
I have colored my hair twice. First time left on for 25 minutes. Color took to existing color but zero coverage on the white. Just did a second month, left on 45 minutes, Color took to existing color, zero white coverage. For the cost, I expected better results. Very disappointed. White is worse now AFTER coloring

Too thick and too dark
I didn't care for this. The color was too dark and the product was far too thick. Very hard to use. But it did get rid of the red.

Ash didn’t tone down the brass at all :(
Starting out hair was orange/yellow brassy after two bleach baths. Thought the ash in this would make it less brassy…nope. Not happy with the color, looks so fake and cheap. Although it does get 3 stars because I didn’t notice any damage. Would not purchase again.

Not a TONER
I was at a level 9 blonde and wanted to reduce the brass so I opted for two levels darker with an ash tone. It appeared to be changing colors while I had it on…. But I rinsed it off with no change whatsoever and it was ssoooo disappointing because I was hoping this would be the right choice and I was wrong :( this does not remove brass or tone this literally sets on top of the hair and washes out.
