Is it soy and egg free?

Hi, The package does not specifically indicate it is soy and egg free. The ingredients listed include: Corn flour, emulsifier, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin. Their website is listed at: www.molinodiferro.com. There might be better information there. As someone who is gluten free due to celiac disease, I can say this is the best brand of pasta that is gluten free that I have tried. I hope it works for you.

Is this brand GMO free?

I could not find anything on the label that would answer whether it is GMO free. It is made of corn, and made in Italy. It is the best tasting gluten free pasta I've ever had.

Excellent product!!

The BEST gluten free egg noodles ever!! I have been looking locally for GF egg noodles ( without much success) for my husband’s dietary needs and these by far are the best!! Quick cooking time, great taste! I love to use in Alfredo pasta dishes or a simple stroganoff.

Tastes good

It tastes really good, and is gluten free. I wish it wasn’t so expensive, but it’s worth it because it doesn’t contain rice. I’m also allergic to rice.
