The taste is great.

I’d been using the zinc lozenges for years and then learned about these little liquid vials. I thought I might appreciate these more because unlike the lozenges, you are allowed to eat or drink immediately after consumption. The problem is that the directions say to hold this syrupy, yucky-tasting liquid in your mouth for 15 to 20 seconds before swallowing; I assume this is to take advantage of what I was told in another context is a “mucosal event” where the chemicals get absorbed through the lining in your mouth. The same would be true with the lozenges. I did about 10 seconds of additional Internet reading to learn that people just can’t decide whether you need to take zinc in this manner. Some people say it causes nausea, which explains why the lozenges exist and makes the lozenges seem like a better choice. I like to think I have a relatively diverse palette, but these are pretty vile. At least the torture is over after that; I didn’t find myself burping or tasting it any longer than those very long 20 seconds. I have experienced absolutely no nausea (to which I am prone, so nice surprise). I’m not sure if I will finish the package though, and I don’t think I would order this again. The lozenges just taste so much better.

Best Booster that ever try before. I used a couple time and I will continue using this vitamins.
