This flat iron works really well. Its good quality. The only con I see is that it’s a bit heavy.

Used for the first time today and it gave me excellent results, better than with a standard straightener! I purchased a very expensive model similar to this and used it for 10+ years until it finally died. This product is well worth the cost. Hopefully I'll get half as many years worth of use. Easy and quick to use on my mid-length thick hair.

Overall ok. I've been using steam hair straighteners for 20 years. The brand I absolutely love is no longer available. I wanted to give this one a try. It is Ok but not the best for thick hair. I'd give it a C+. Be careful with steam around the forehead area. Also, the on/off button started to act up after just a few weeks use.

I have 4c hair and I normally don’t do heat I just finger coil or twists but I wanted to try something different. I recommend blow drying it first filling up the water canister and make sure the hair is on the steam marked side. My hair was shiny and smooth with just one pass definitely recommend!!

First the water reservoir was easy to remove and fill! It’s exactly like taking the batteries out of a remote to change them. Also this was my very first time using a flat iron so I cannot rate the weight of using it. The temperature displays in Fahrenheit on my iron, and I was impressed with the results-my hair was shiny and had no fizziness at the end of the day. I’ve only used it once and I hope not to have any issues in the future with it because it’s a great product glad I bought it.

Si vous vous avez les cheveux frisés ou ondulés et épais c’est ce qu’il vous faut . Se faire à lisser. Les cheveux est juste incroyable et il est très facile à utiliser . JE L’ADORE. Je ne suis pas une experte en fer à lisser, mais je cherchais un exemplaire du L’Oréal professionnel qui coûte 400 $ et plus Donc pour ma part, je suis très satisfaite pour le prix, et pour le budget que j’avais à mettre dans un fer d’abord trouver celui-ci qui marche comme un gant !

Il faut l'utiliser les dents par en bas, si non il brûle les cheveux.

Saying I am impressed with this hair straightener is putting it mildly. Yes it's a bit clunky and weights a bit more than most but I have never used a hair straightener that works as incredibly as this one! And I only buy the higher line professional ones. One run and whatever kink or frizz there was is completely gone and my hair is silly smooth and shiny. Love it, Love it, Love it!!!
