Used this yesterday to tap a 3mm screw hole in a 5/32 diameter rod end of unhardened tool steel. Just be sure use lube and to back off after about each 1/4 to half turn to break the chip off.

Best taps ever!
Wouldn’t trust in a drill but after a project with 50 holes no issue with sticking and I couldn’t tell the difference from when it was new. I seek out the titanium plated taps now
