I have very oily fine hair and this bar helped. I use it about every 3rd shampoo. Lathers quickly.

I really enjoy this clarifying shampoo bar. I have used many and this by far makes my hair feel the cleanest, but doesn't dull or dry it out. My hair still feels smooth and soft after using it and its much easier to apply than some others because it actually gets way more suds to work in the hair and scalp. I think it pretty affordable when there is a sale and have noticed it goes on good sales frequently. It's been highly effective at balancing all my hair and scalp issues. Will keep it as part of my routine.

I used this twice and it has given me itchy flaky scalp that hasn't gone away after 2 weeks and 2 washes with other shampoo. It also stripped the color from my hair. Really wanted to love it but didn't work for me.

I really loved this shampoo bar. My hair usually gets oily at the roots by the next morning, but with this one my hair stayed fresh even on the third day. It cleans very well without drying out my hair and leaves it feeling light and clean. I’m very impressed with the results and would definitely recommend it to anyone with oily roots.

When I first started using this shampoo bar, I really liked it. My scalp felt very clean and refreshed, and I was even able to go an extra day between washes at the beginning. After a couple of weeks, though, I noticed that my scalp started getting oily much faster, and I had to wash my hair daily again. Looking back, I think it might have been a bit too clarifying for my scalp and possibly left it feeling overly dry, which may have triggered more oil production. I’ve since switched to a different shampoo and started applying a small amount of aloe gel to my scalp after washing, and that has helped balance things out. This experience made me realize that my scalp is actually dry underneath but oily on the surface. I think this bar could work well for truly oily scalps, but it’s important to really understand your scalp type before choosing a clarifying product.

Loved this solid shampoo. I loved the chunky feel of it in my hand; the moon shape allowed it to hug my scalp as I used it. Gave a lustrous sudsy lather and left my hair feeling squeaky clean but not dry. And the smell is scrumptious.

Caused my scalp to break out. I tried for almost 2 months. I thought it was everything else, using too much, not rinsing well enough, transition. I have oily skin and scalp. But its something in this shampoo bar. Once I stopped it, the breakouts stopped. It happens I suppose. Otherwise, I was happy. The bar lasted and I still have a lot left. The longer I used it, the less I needed to use. It gathered amazingly well considering we have well water. My hair seemed happy, curls held nicely without much else. But my scalp was itchy and broke out terribly. Just not the one for me.

I was looking for a shampoo for my oily hair after menopause.,I happened upon this bar shampoo. After reading the reviews I decided to try . I loved it been using over a year now. Told my daughter about it,she tried it in one that was for dry hair and that all she uses along with the conditioner bar. And ready does last 3 months.
