I always enjoy the alcohol free products from this brand. Once again I am happy with their Umckaloabo.

Is an herb tincture that is not past expiration and palatable.

The dropper was clogged upon opening the product. It wouldn’t work and upon rinsing with only water and attempting to wipe clean with only my finger (no solution or cloth) the markings on the dropper smeared off completely onto my skin. Either the product isn’t safe and dissolves ink, or the dropper used isn’t food safe. I contacted the company for a refund because returns are restricted on food but they do state a quality guarantee on their website. I don’t recommend using this product without testing the safety of the bottle and dropper first. I won’t be using it at all either way. This is very unfortunate for people already looking for health support and has wasted important time in my healing process. The overnight shipping was what attracted me to the product but that’s a red flag now seeing that most other competitors cannot turn around a product that quickly.
