Natures variety is the best can cat food you can get without it getting really fancy to gourmet food. I have F2 cats who require very high protein diets and this is what i feed them. My F2's came to me very poor in nutrient and with this can food and several visits to the vet, they are very health and happy kitties. I would recommend this over just about every cat food brand. Cats are pure carnivores and will not feed them something that has a high amount of vegetable and fruits. they need a little to mimic their prays diet in the wild as they eat the plants and fruit. It is a little expensive, I have done the monthly occurrence to help on cost, but its so worth your cats health. This is what I feed my senior cat of 14 years with CKD and herbs and he doesn't show any signs of his age, and we have brought down his kidney values to almost normal ranges. (the herbs have help a lot with his kidney values). All my cats have the softest fur, and phenomenal health from my kittens to my senior.
