How big is the gap between the panel to the floor? I want to use this to stop cats from getting into a room.

It’s probably about a 2 inch gap.

Does it reduce noise?

I use it for giving me some privacy in my office space but I don’t think it reduces noise much at all.

Is there anyway to purchase the bottom part that the screen fits into?

Mine came with the bottom part.

Can you share the fire resistance rating of the fabric?

Sorry I am not sure, I returned it due to how poor quality it was. The poles are garbage and don't stay tight and its not sturdy at all. Not worth the money
