This book will literally transform your life, so long as you allow it to do so.Whether your already a fan of Ralph Smart or not, whether your a spiritual person or not, whether your a vegan or not. This book will help you in some way, I assure you. All you have to do, is read it while your in the moment, take away any judgements. Just allow the information to flow through you.Highly Reccommended to anyone, and everyone.

I knew the content would be huge, but I was surprised at how skinny this book was.Don't let this detract from a very insightful book which you will continue to refer back to time and time again.

I watch Ralph's videos on a daily basis on youtube. This book makes a lot of sense and changes you mind set towards life. He doesn't give any unnecessary jargon which many authors do to expand the size of the book. It's a enjoyable read which is straight to the point.

In no way is this a bulky book other than its content.The saying is 'every picture paints a thousand words' but in this case... every sentence inspires a conversation with oneself and you don't have to reach for a dictionary to get there.Each chapter is on a different subject and is self contained, therefore, they can be read in any order of preference by the reader.A great gift for those struggling through isolation and transition.Thank you sir Ralph of Smart... soon to be known as Captain Smarty Pants😉
