It's only been 3 days and I already feel a different in my energy level. I've been lasting much longer on the treadmill. I drink it with coffee and it doesn't change its flavor. I do spend a lot of time in the restroom though because you must drink lots of water also. It dissolves almost immediately

Llegó en tiempo y forma. Buena calidad de creatina y precio razonable. Viene con sobresito para evitar la humedad lo cual está excelente porque vivo en lugar muy húmedo y luego los polvos se hacen piedras y este sigue intacto.
