Will this fit my PH391 horn for an upgrade?

As long as it fits, Yes, I don't see a problem. I don't what the size of the original is.

i have a selenium D205TI diaphram which one would replace this for a tweeeter horn

There are some replacement diaphragms on eBay. As the mounting on your unit might be different. From the pyle version .. It uses a single threaded stud for mounting as for your unit might be an Allen wrench mount. I am not too familiar with your loudspeaker but I think the pyle might not mount correctly to it.

Anyone who has owned a Behringer Eurolive B212D powered PA speaker will attest their tweeter drivers crap out. The Behringer tweeter driver is rated at 120-watts at 8-ohms. The Pyle tweeter driver is rated at 250-watts at 8-ohms and it threads right onto the Eurolive’s built in wide dispersion horn. Perfect replacement!! Plus higher power handling. Sound is nice smooth highs
