After 2 "this fits your vehicle" mishaps with other parts, I found a couple of internet forums that confirmed that this part number was a 3rd or 4th generation of my OEM failed part and other 2005 Titan owners reported success with it as a replacement. Once I installed this part, my fan blower motor speed control had restored full functionality. I'm hoping that this review helps someone else out and saves you time going through the same failed attempts I had!!

2012 Nissan pathfinder rear air not responding to controls / stuck on high fan. Overall easy install for a person with some tools and car knowledge. Fixed the problem.
