I like this Thibaut's book series since the books are short, a lot of info packed and has action plan to be more interactable and action inducing than just reading.

Careful, the book isn’t complete! In the last chapter, it starts talking about dopamine detox, but instead of the actual content, there’s just a link to another book you have to buy.
