Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ Deluxe by De'Longhi with Aeroccino, Silver

My wife and I love our Nespresso. The ability to make other forms of coffee is nice. Pods can get pricey but its worth it because of the quality of the coffee. Its always nice and smooth. Super easy to use as theres one button, and its easy to clean as well. It connects to your phone via the Nespresso app and you can even change the coffee output settings. Totally worth it. We have a coffee machine that does drip and k cup pods, and we use that machine and this one equally. You can tell when you brew a cup that its quality. It is most likely our faults but the water tank housing breaks if you drop it one time. We have went through two of the water holding tanks so far. Their support team is nice and you can order one over the phone or online if need be. If you are Costco people like we are, they sell starbucks versions of the Nespresso pods for a good price.

I bought this to give as a Christmas gift. It works great! The instructions are a little unclear if you read English, but at least there is only one button to press, and there are pictures to try to decipher, so that's that. With all the wonderful froth coming out, it starts to look like it will run over, but it somehow stops at the brim for a regular sized mug. Just be aware the first couple of times to make sure it does not spill. If you have anything in a regular mug (like the dregs of a previous cup of coffee) prior to pressing the start button it could spill over at the end. There is a recycling program Nespresso does for the customer. The send a bag to you and you can just fill it up and send your empties to Nespresso. I thought that was pretty cool; a company showing real initiative instead of only trying to tell you how to recycle each part of the pod. It takes two minutes to make a delicious cup of coffee. This came with the Aeroccino as well. It looks a little intimidating but it works and is simple. Again, just one button. Take note: there are two fill lines in the Aeroccino. The lower line is the max line for frothing (using the wire spring). The upper line is the max line for latte cream (not using the wire spring). It runs fairly silently and takes about the same two minutes to froth.

I decided today to set this machine up. (Had back surgery recently & wasn't up to doing it till now) Sadly, now I'm passed the return window 😞🫤 So, anyway, 1st thought was how it just sits on the counter, no base. I will need to buy the base that holds the pods (more money) 2nd thought: Ugh, you have to use the apps to find out how clean it the 1st time or how to even use it. (I guess I'm old school now). 3rd thought: It is quite noisy! No sneaking a cup with this one 😜. I opened the included frother. 4th thought: another piece of equipment which needs to be plugged into an outlet. That's annoying. At this point I want to return it. but too late. Hopefully the coffee tastes good enough to make all this forgettable. So, let's see..... my first pods i used was a single expresso shot i guess cause apparently the amount it made was just that. 5th thought: since I only have a 2 plug outlet,to use the frother at the same time, I have to unplug my coffee pot (there goes the clock) as they are both 3 prong plugs. .....hmmmmm......another drawback. Oh well, I will now download the app to see what else I can find out. I think I'll stick with my Ninja is if I want a quick cuppa! I will probably enjoy this more after I learn more. UPDATE: I've made a decision now.....I LOVE THIS ESPRESSO VERTUO! I watched videos on YouTube & learned how to use it and more info about it. No where in the papers rec'd with it does say that all the coffee pods that work with this Nespresso machine are bar-coded to tell the machine how much water to use for the size you are making. That impressed me. ALSO, note only the VERTUO pods work in this Nespresso; original pods are totally different, so be aware of that fact. It isn't as LOUD as I originally stated & it works so fast that doesn't matter. The milk frother works amazing! I was out of milk one day, so I used a bit of heavy cream i had in the fridge & some flavored cream. Don't bother only warmed it....I only use Whole Milk so not sure how well smaller % would work. I've spent way too much money on different boxes of coffee pods.....lol. Not to mention the pod holder i now bought which goes underneath the Vertuo model. And now, I really want to try the "iced" pods now!

The machine is 6 months old, yet it retains brewed coffee inside. Even after thoroughly cleaning it and leaving it unused, puddles of coffee continue to appear underneath the machine. The used pods become saturated in water and moldy while waiting for the recycling bag to fill because so much moisture remains trapped inside. Buying coffee refills monthly feels like a car payment and on a monthly equivocates the cost of the horrible machine. On top of that, the lid feels cheap, plasticky, and is difficult to open and close smoothly. The start button is not straight forward, sometimes I press and nothing brews, waists my time in the morning . The automatic pod ejection mechanism no longer picks up and disposes of the capsules properly. I regret replacing my traditional coffee maker with this machine. It has been an expensive disappointment, and instead of being convenient, it has been frustrating to own. I want my money back

This product is amazing!! We owned another brand of espresso machine that had the steam/froth wand. The separate frother that comes with this machine is automatic and so much easier to use. I will caution you though, do NOT put milk over the MAX line as it will overflow when finished. We used the Nespresso website for recipes and have come as close to a SB’s pumpkin spice latte as possible. I would recommend this product. You won’t be disappointed.

I LOVE THIS!!! It makes the best coffee, and it is super easy to use. However, I do have some trouble with the included milk frother turning off before warming the milk, and I have to turn it on again to get it to work. The pods are a bit expensive but cheaper than getting coffee out every day.

Still working perfect I don’t even see the cleaning light on yet but I bought eh cleaning soap anyway

No mal gasten su dinero y tiempo la cafetera en el primer día de uso… la primera taza de café todo bien muy emocionado por mi cafetera o sorpresa en la segunda taza que quise preparar unos minutos después la cafetera ya no funcionó se puso el indicador en rojo y se calentaba el equipo pero no hacía nada solo parpadeaba la luz en rojo.
