Works very well . C3 stage colour display shows water level in the tank and alarm set off is based on low level and once the motor is turned on the alarm goes off on full tank. Being a battery operated indicator, has less chance of accidental electrocution . Has worked very well till now . Water overflow , wastage of water has been completed eliminated and its been very easy to manage the water levels . I didnt buy this with the wire but bought good quality wire from the market . Would highly recommend

Very bad product I am writing this review after using 3 months Overflow Alarm and empty alarm is ringing automatically 5-10 times in a day even water tank is full or empty, sensors are not working properly When I contacted coustomer care they said to provide the video for the issue , how can I provide video when it rings anytime I can hold mobile full day for making video And anyhow I record the video I will have to returne the product by my own expenses by courier this is really very bad experience. I suggest please do not buy this product. No coustomer care support form company after sale

Amazing product, very easy to use. Sensors work properly and it runs on battery. Tank Full and Reserve water level indicator sound is too loud. One very bad thing is the Side Delivery partner did not come to the address provided, called 3 km before the location and said that they would not come to your location, whereas other delivery partners like Flipkart and Meesho delivery partners reach the given location.

Good product, very effective

The buzzer is not loud enough to operate in a noisy environment since the operation has to be done based on the signal from the unit a pump operator should be standing very close to the unit in order to know tank empty or tank full the ALERT sound should be heard from a distance in order to make proper use of the unit

It is easy to install and economical as it uses a simple twin pair cable and not those 5 pair or 6 pair costly cables. The installation was simple, and i was able to install it myself without any hassles. I tested the functionality in a jar of water and later in the water tank itself and it works as expected. The Customer care executives of swarnjal are very helpful as they helped me with the installation process. The best thing is that it uses AA batteries and no A/C electricity, so there is no risk of shocks, etc.

I bought it 2 days back when i send product code for warranty activation it said invalid code i send photo of receipt from amazon with activation code no response. Customers service no to hai but no service only few recorded messages keep coming, ultimately you will get frustrated. I think try some other brand this one is pathetic.

Very good product, the signal system is very good. I am satisfied with this product.
