Took a chance on these after reading other reviews. Was pleased with what I got for the price. No powdery residue or funny smell that other people mentioned and although the images were small on the inflated balloon they were big enough to see the characters.

Cute balloons and lots of characters - but they do have a strong chemical smell that made me nervous about the ink safety for little kids.
