I used this product for a few months and it stopped recognizing the water tank inside of its own unit (after following maintenance instructions to the letter)! I found tons of people online that have the same issue and customer service is dropping the ball apparently with zero troubleshooting solutions and telling folks to buy new parts. I guess production testing was cut at Dyson. This picture means your Humidifier is done.

I purchased this Dyson, within 10 days started having issues. called support twice; was told on last call to bring it to a Dyson store so they can try and fix it. I don't have time to be lugging this thing over, wait for God knows how long, its only worked for 10 days, i cant imagine it lasting for years.I'll never purchase any Dyson product going forward.

The media could not be loaded. Product worked perfectly for all of two months, then stopped working and is completely unresponsive, no error codes, no way to identify the problem, nothing. This item was was $963 after tax, a complete waste of money down the drain. Somehow even though this product was purchased as NEW from the item description, this may have been Amazon selling refurbished items masking as new. I also purchased a similar Dyson product (coralle) and it too stopped working after 2 weeks. See video for error message on the Dyson display.

Very unreliable breaks all the time, I four of them just because at least one of them is always broken. Their tech support is equally bad, they create fake repair orders which never get actioned, each time you call them, expect to spent at least one hour on the phone or char
