Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron Everyday Pan, 11", Licorice

I had been wanting one of these lecreuset everyday pans for a while and glad I got it. It has an 11 inch diameter, so a good size to use as a fry pan or as a roasting pan. It's durable, easy to clean and the exterior ombre color is pretty.

This is a great pan! I've made everything from cornbread to smothered chicken! I love the roomy handles. This pan is worth the price!

I have been using another brand of cast iron for years. The cookware has performed well. However this pan is now my go to pan. Cleaning is easy and fast. The pan is somewhat lighter. Heat is distributed more evenly than in the other cast iron but that could be the cooktop itself. Pan is pricey but worth it

Fantastic skillet. Well made great to work with. The natural non stick is great and safe.

Le Creuset is an icon and doesn’t need presentation. Same great Quality as everything they make.

The Le Creuset Everyday Pan is my “go to” pan for its size and ease of use and storage. I store my Le Crescent cookware on a heavy duty wrought iron rack. The classic Dutch oven nests inside of my everyday pan. Clean up is a breeze with its enamel black satin interior finish. I have an induction cooktop and and all of my Le Creuset cookware works effortlessly. I have even flawless cooking every single time. Great value for the price and there aren’t many cookware brands out there that can become family heirlooms like this brand.

The aesthetics of this pan cannot be overstated. Of the many LC pieces I have this is the one that lives on the cooktop. It is the new kitchen workhorse and a pleasure to look at. Like others I added this to a collection of LC cookware. I already had a 12” skillet, a 30 cm braiser (3 1/2 qts) and a 26 cm braiser (2 qts). Why buy another? This pan has the dark enamel interior of the skillet and the capacity of the 30 cm braiser. The dark interior browns foods very well, it seems less sticky to me than the traditional LC light enamel interior at higher temps. The big difference between this pan and the braisers is that this one has slightly taller, straight sides. This somehow makes it fit better on a stovetop and easier to use. It is extremely well-sized for ‘Serves 4’ recipes, and any recipe calling for a 12” non-stick skillet works well too. It will also fill the role of a 9” x 13” casserole dish. The absence of a lid was not a problem to me. I got a 28 cm LC loop-handled lid from a European vendor, the same as I have for my other LC pieces. The only LC piece I know of that ships with a glass lid is their wok. Including an iron lid would significantly increase the price. However, it’s worth thinking about, as many ‘Serves 4’ recipes you might want to make in this require a cover (lid) at some point. I had to wait until my lid arrived to make those!

I absolutely love Le Creuset, and so happy to add this pan to my collection of cookware. Great quality, cooks food to perfection! And I got this for a great price.

Estoy enamorada 😍 llevaba años queriendo un Le Creuset y por fin se me hizo… ¡y aparte en súper descuento! En todos lados lo veía carísimo, pero aquí en Amazon lo encontré a un precio increíble, ni lo dudé. La calidad es otro nivel, de verdad se siente desde que lo agarras. Cocina todo delicioso, los sabores quedan mucho mejor y además hace que cocinar sea muchísimo más fácil. Literal parece que todo te queda bien sin esfuerzo. Ha sido de mis mejores compras para la cocina sin duda. Ya estoy pensando en comprar otro muy pronto porque vale totalmente la pena.

Die Pfanne sieht sehr schön aus. Aber das Gusseiserne ist ziemlich rau ich frag mich ob da nichts anbrennt. DHL verlangte eben 63,00€ Bar an der Haustür ohne Quittung. Er hat mir nur das Display gezeigt. Sollen das nochmal zusätzliche Zollgebühren sein zu den 43€!? Mit soviel hab ich nicht gerechnet, ich bin davon ausgegangen die Pfanne kommt aus Frankreich/ EU und nicht vom Mond! Über den Kundenservice kann ich nichts finden der Bot war nicht Hilfreich. Sind die 63€ jetzt futsch? Eine Rechnung hätte ich gern.
