These work well
This past summer I rebuilt my deck. I also built the hand rail system. On the posts for the stairs I used these to square out the inserts to make the cables look nicer. Were they needed? No. But made a difference in the way they look.

Poorly made
The finish was horrible. Some had black marks and others had other blemishes and inconsistent finish. Also, they did not fit Blika 3/16" stud ends as pictured. The hole appears every so slightly under 5/16".
