Important piece of hardware!!
If you buy a new disposal you need to buy this they do not come with a cord in the box. Was super easy to install on the disposal to bring the power / electricity needed for it to run. Itโs well built and of good quality. The size / length is pretty standard. Few dollars less than the box stores so itโs of good value. Powered up the unit instantly.

Worked well to complete another switch kit that contained the wrong air switch diameter for my sink.

Perfect for this type of disposal
A perfect fit for that type of disposal, I don't understand why in the heck they don't just install this because there's no other way to hook it up other than the little piece they send with you and it doesn't wire up very well so this item is what you really need.

It is simple to hook up and seems to work well, but I really don't know if it was any faster, just one more thing you have to buy.

I would buy this again.
I have used this for several years now and no problems. Never had the drain plug up and handles all that I put down it.

Easy install onto the Insinkerator 3/4HP Power unit, took like 2 minutes (plug it in and 1 small screw to secure it).

Easy install
Very easy to install! Garbage disposal does not come with a power cord. There are two types, make sure you're getting the right one. This one clicks in and requires no additional wiring.

Unfortunatly I had to buy it for my new 1HP InSinkErator. It should be included in the package but was not.
