I really liked this tea infuser at first — the design is very convenient. The metal basket sits perfectly in the cup because of the two side handles, so it doesn’t tilt or fall in. It’s also great that it comes with a dedicated lid that fits tightly, making it easy to brew loose tea right in the cup without looking for anything to cover it with. However, after just one month of use, the ring with the handles detached from the basket while I was brewing tea. Once the handles broke off, the infuser became unusable. It’s a shame because the idea and design are good, but the quality didn’t hold up — one month is a very short lifespan for a product like this.
