Anyone have tips for taking the cups apart? They were stacked too tight in shipping and are stuck

Fill the inside one with ice, set both in hot water to heat up the outside one, should be able to twist them apart!!

Can you use them in a fryer?

I honestly don’t know. I’ve used them in the microwave though.
