Worst product ever. It doesn’t even hold on the air vents. I tried after to put it next to the air vents on a straight area but the little black thing that comes with it doesn’t even stick on it. Very poor quality and a lot of money. I will try to get a refund but I doubt they will refund me as one of those little magnets it’s stuck on my phone now, this is probably the only good item that comes in this package as all others are absolutelly crap. Also this car holder didn’t even looked like new. It was scratched all over, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was one of those items that were returned back to them after someone else tried it. As I said this is the worst product I have ever bought.

Clippy bit slips off vent slits of not tight enough (which is so tight you're scared of snapping a slit). The glue on bit wont hold on curved surfaces and won't stick well to textured surfaces. It's still so much better than any dashboard suction system.

only thing that has managed to keep my iphone 7 plus in place, its amazing when its working only downside is the sticky on the rear of my phone came loose and my phone dropped on the floor luckily no damage but could of easily been a broken screen

Great product at a good price. I have used older X connector before and Ben very happy with it but this pattern is better for larger devises like iPhone 6. Like all Tetrax mounts you need to remember to slide your phone off the magnet rather than pulling it free or you find the mount pulls off the air vent but once you get used to it no problems. Very powerful magnet that is arranged in a "closed loop" so magnetic field does not effect iPhone or iPod (other phones and MP3 players are available🤓)

Ok! nothing Special

Tetrax is a great little piece of kit. It's well made, discreet, reliable and easily portable from car to car. It's great not to have suction marks all over the windscreen or dashboard that other systems cause - but the only down side with Tetrax is that there is no possibility to tilt the device as it is flat located to the air vent grill. This isn't an issue for me as the vent is in my direct gaze - but might be an issue for others.

Great item. Easy to fit. Did exactly what i needed it to do! Held phone in place throughout long journey with no problem. Very happy with purchase!
