I have a pinched never in my neck and get tension and stress pains in my neck, upper back and shoulder areas from time to time and a colleague recommended that I get this product. Let me just say that I have not regretted it for one moment. It keeps a change for a very long time, I bough it several months ago am still on the same sticky pads. If you use them as directed, they can be reused several times. I just slightly lick mine and reapply to the areas that I feel the pain or discomfort and let it go sometimes for an hour while I am at my desk at work. I just set it, put the control and wires behind my back or under my blazer, and the control in my pocket and go about my day while it does it’s zapping or kneading on a setting that I am comfortable with. Sometimes I repeat a few times during the day anywhere from 20 mins to 1 hr cycles depending on how tensed or stressed I am feeling in those areas and it helps to release me of my discomfort. Very convenient and effective. I try to keep it charged sand in my desk at work but often forget to turn off the on button because there is no on off light to let you know where it’s on or off after using it and the charge is still good for many more usage but forgetting to switch the on off button will drain the charge. But it does not take long to get back a full charge, maybe about 20 mins and you are go to go again for several times through out the day or days. Love it. Great for a quick relief when you cannot get to a massage therapist. Money well spent, especially since I have not had to buy any new or replacement pads thus far. Will definitely recommend to anyone on the fence because it does what it says that it would do, so thank for a product that delivers!!

Just when you need a little help without having to see a doctor. I find this comparable to what I go see a chiropractor for. With all the online support and body mapping it's a great and versatile unit. Easy to understand settings it's a good looking unit and it charges fairly quick. I did not find it worked for as long as they advertised, but it worked for the whole day, they're 30-hour estimate may have been on single attachment. Very comfortable easy enough to use

Breaks over a short period of time, but is great when it works. I have endometriosis and use this for my endo cramps.

Found this after seeing an ad on Instagram for a similar item aimed at eliminating menstrual cramps. I was almost taken in by the pretty colors (lavender! pink! mint!), but they wanted $140 for the dang thing. LOL. Luckily I had seen a friend using a TENS unit for a shoulder injury a few years ago and knew I could find one for a better price. Mine arrived just in time (phew), and it really helped to reduce my cramps this past cycle. I don't like having to take ibuprofen or other painkillers unless absolutely necessary (and sometimes it is very necessary!). The instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired, but the unit itself isn't hard to figure out. The booklet includes instructions in English, German, Italian, Spanish, and French. On page 9 of the English instructions, the last sentence under "Maintenance and Care" is cut off. It says, "You can also use the unit with" -- this is where it stops. The French and Spanish instructions suggest that it's supposed to say, "You can also use the unit with the wall charger or directly plugged into your computer.” The unit comes fully charged. I find it works best if I place the pads directly over the most painful, crampy spot. I typically use it on my abdomen during the worst of my cramps and then switch it to my lower back later. If you've never used a TENS unit before, it's very relaxing! It feels like you're holding a gentle vibrator up to your muscles. Recommended! * Update, August 2018: Still using this, and it's still awesome. The severity of my menstrual cramps is different every cycle. Sometimes I can use the TENS unit and completely avoid having to take ibuprofen; other times, with severe cramps, I take 2-3 ibuprofen and wear the TENS unit for 20-40 minutes as I wait for the ibuprofen to kick in. It only takes about 10-15 seconds for the TENS unit to drastically reduce the pain. I wish I had had one of these in my teenage years!

I am familiar with these products - I have had several over the years - some I bought while in China years ago. I recently saw this at such a low price and because I have been having some sciatica pain and could not locate my other unit (probably in a box in storage) so I bought this. It arrived very quickly and it is excellent with lots of pads and several sets of wires. It was fully charged when it arrived so I put it on and put it to the test. Super simple - no batteries to worry about - easy usb plug-in - cables included. If you are thinking about it - get this! The quality is good, the price is excellent and it is easy to work and the directions are actually just fine as you would expect in any good product but often not the case in these inexpensive overseas products. This is a little gem and will not disappoint you - it is in the drawer next to my bed and is going with me when I travel - or take a long drive.

I washed my hair today ... YAY! This is a HUGE deal because last week this time, I couldn't even raise my arm past my ear! My story is I'm 53 and began having trouble with my right arm. To get any relief at all I ate painkillers, wore thermacare heat pads all day and literally had to keep my arm in one position. I thought I injured it attempting to clear a 15'x50' driveway by myself (I live in suburban Chicago, and we were hit with a foot of snow - I live alone so I did what I had to do!). Anyhoo, between my work colleagues and Dr. Weil (webMD), we diagnosed me with a rotator cuff injury, so I made an appointment w/my real doctor for Feb. 14. Before going, though, I did some research online & came across this device on Amazon. It arrived 2/14 and has been a God-send! My dr diagnosed me with 'adhesive capsulitis' aka "frozen shoulder" AND arthritis - yikes! Said nerves were stuck together in a ball, blah blah blah & put me on a prednisone burst and muscle relaxants - then said I still might need outpatient surgery & PT - um, no way! When I got home, this was waiting for me ... I used it that night for an hour. When I woke up, i thought it could be my imagination because I had more mobility than I had the night before - and less pain. I had not yet started ANY meds my doc had prescribed. By day 2, I knew the relief I felt was due to this little machine. I now have approx. 95% mobility back by using this one hour every day - either at home or at work. Thank God I found this. My co-worker ordered it, and I'm getting another for a former colleague who just had double rotator cuff surgery. Note: Be careful with this - I can't go higher than three bars, and even that makes my arm move on its own. I usually just do two but I wouldn't suggest starting any higher. AWESOME!!!
