Lovely colors, no clogging, nice and smooth. Prints easily without issue, but I wish the color changes were closer.

For me the filament worked great but the color changes were very slow, most objects that didn't take up the build plate and were vertical you couldn't see much change. The largest dragon model we printed and it only had three color changes. Door corner decorations did not have any visible change for example. It wasn't overly sensitive to humidity levels but I have had to dry it out before use once.

Pretty nice filament. When i got it, i tried using it twice, both times it broke off and got jammed in the extruder gears. Threw it in the dryer for 10 hours, now it prints great. Only other complaint is there is way too much pink. Printing a dragon the first time i got a nice green, blue, purple, and pink fade. Immediately tried printing another one and 60% of the dragon was pink, as well as the pink to green fade had some nasty coloring in it. I know its wasteful but i just been pulling a good portion of the pink off and cutting it just so i have more consistant prints. Other than that its great!

We got a 3D printer recently and of course the kids wanted a dragon. But we didn’t want one color. This gradient filament makes for such a fun dragon, printed off of one spool. It took 13 hrs to print it but my gosh! It looks amazing! The quality is really good, strong yet it glided off the plate so easily. Even with this really long ago, we have barely gone through half a spool. I see the pink and purple colors coming next! Super excited!!! Highly recommend!!

I have printed it before drying clogged. I have dried it several times each time I dry it i test it. No matter how many times I have dried it, it fails print & clogs my machine. Yes I have used Creality pla enpla setting I bumped up the temp in the nozzle it gets to 90% of the print and then fails. I have dried for 4hrs, 6hrs, 6hrs, 12hrs, 12hrs, and 12hrs. Snap test fails everytime. Ive used the black & white creality filaments no problem but I basically wasted half a role trying to get the rainbow filament to work and I was so excited for this filament.

The Rainbow Pla+ is not the toothpaste-style tri-color...it's the gradient-style tri-color, and a pretty slow gradient, at that. If you print something small with this filament, it'll all be one color that you really didn't expect. The larger the better...then you can actually see the gradient magic come alive. It's purple, blue, green, pink. Fill your plate with large or tall objects. I hate it, and I love it. I'll buy more when I have large prints that need some pizzazz.
