Very Easy to Use
I've had frozen shoulder issues for decades. For the last several years, I've been working on improving shoulder mobility, first with simple Dead Hang exercises and then by purchasing and using the Rotator Reliever/Shoulder Reliever system. Both of these greatly helped to reduce pain, increase mobility and strengthen my shoulder. However, the improvements to my shoulder mobility had started to plateau until I started to use the ProStretch. Using methods I'd seen on the internet, I'd tried using door frames and poles to force and stretch my shoulder to expand my range of motion, but these methods were awkward and difficult to perform. The Prostretch makes it easy to push your shoulder beyond your current range of motion. It can be a bit painful, of course, but gradually I'm noticing lasting shoulder mobility gains. And thankfully, I'm finding that the ProStretch hurts less the more I use it. The ProStretch seems to be well built and sturdy. The only minor issue I've had is with the Red Buttons that "lock-in" the various adjustment points. They have stuck once or twice and refused to "lock-in" to the adjustment hole. So far, "wiggling" the ProStretch while repeatedly pressing the Red Button seems to fix the problem. I'm not sure if this is an alignment issue related to user error or if an internal spring inside the Red Button is malfunctioning occasionally. All in all, I recommend the ProStretch. It's a bit pricey, but the shoulder mobility improvements I've already experienced make it worth the money.

Great for range of motion
The ProStretch Shoulder Flex has been a valuable tool in my recovery journey post-surgery. Its ability to improve range of motion and alleviate shoulder discomfort has made a noticeable difference. Despite a slight learning curve, its effectiveness and durability make it a highly recommended device for anyone looking to enhance shoulder flexibility and manage discomfort.

Works, expensive.
This shoulder stretcher is great for improving flexibility and relieving tension, but the price is a bit steep. It's effective for loosening tight muscles and increasing range of motion. While the benefits are noticeable, you might want to shop around for more affordable options.

I’ve waited 20 years for this device!!!
This product is something I’ve been waiting for years to be available, I have an old device called the Rotator that was made out of plastic that broke after very little use. Who ever designed this thing was either a physical therapist or a person who had a rotator cuff tear. I myself have had a complete detached and repaired supraspinatus, it was the most painful thing I have ever had done to my body.. I have to thank whoever was the creator of this device it is a Godsend, and for those who say this is too much money for this piece of equipment your out of your mind, someone spent years of research, much trial and error to give us this incredible device that gives us the ability to stretch our shoulders/ Rotator Cuff at home and by ourselves! To say I’m ecstatic is putting it lightly. I was to the point where I was going to create something like this for myself, that’s how badly I wanted this thing to exist, I just happened to to take one last look to see if anyone had made an attempt at making A rotator cuff/ shoulder stretcher and found it on the companies website, but ordered it on Amazon since I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. This this is very well made but I’m keeping it in its original box when not in use, I saw a review where someone said they “stubbed” their toe on it and it broke! I really have gone over the ProStetch and and put it through its paces and have to call BS on that one, more that likely your crushed it some how, it is made out of aluminum, but it is built to a pretty high standard. Again this thing is worth every penny, thank you for create this incredible piece of rehab equipment!!!

Broke today. Last return date was 10/24
It worked okay. It was a little hard to get on. My husband stubbed his toe on it and it just snapped. Should not be that easy to break.

Perfect Stretch to rotator cuff
Easy to setup and use. Gives perfect stretch to the rotator cuff like given by a trained physical therapist. I strongly recommend ProStretch shoulder flex anyone who wants to relax the shoulder after a long day of typing and mousing. It is a bit pricy in my opinion but still worth every dollar. A very big THANK YOU to the inventor of ProStretch shoulder flex.

Doesn’t work as described
Although the product description says that it fits either shoulder , it seems to only fit correctly on the right shoulder setting.

Shoulder flex
This is the best for the shoulder for a stroke patient, no doubt. The price is steep, but I stretch 3 times a day with it. It’s solid , and long lasting.
