The item worked for 1 year and the head machine with the rolling brush stopped working, i contacted Procenic customer service, they said THEY DON'T HAVE SPARE PARTS and i need to buy a new vacuum and will give me a discount. Producing items without spare parts!!!!! By the way, when i bought the vacuum, i have requested for an additional brush roll with extra amount and thet sent me a bigger size one that do not fit. brand disaster

I bought the p10 2 years ago, the battery was dead in less than 1 year and i contacted them and had to buy a new battery, now the battery started to die again as it is empty in 15 to 20 minutes after full charge, tried to buy a new one but couldn’t find it and I also tried to contact the customer service team but they i didn’t get any response back

Writing the review after 1 and half yrs of using the machine . Working very good and clean for past 1 and half years, periodic cleaning will get us best use of the machine, pet hairs sucked completely in 2 nd mode , even in 1 st mode also pet hairs vacumed complete we have to do a slow sweep, in mode 2 fast sweep we can vacume 2 room, after charging we can clean the other 2 rooms, single power mode battery stands for 30 to 40 min without pet hairs, we can clean ta 2 bed room hall and kitchen, with lot of pet hair we can clean 2 room and hall, in mid power battery stand by for 20 min. High Power not used , till now no necessity to use high power. Low maintenance, service center only in banglore. Good and amazing product.

Good quality .. battery is weak..dyson is better in live demo but that double the cost ..so economy vise this is good enough for sweep and mob
