Will this fit on a duty belt?

The one I have will fit on a belt that is about 2 to 2 1/4 inch wide.

Need a holster for my solaray zx-1 flashlight. it is almost 5 .5 inches in length and maximum diameter at front is 1 1/2 inches. any comments?

Yes your light should fit. I use this everyday at work with a Coast LED Lenser 7736 and it seems to be working well.

Does it fit the pd35?

It will fit, however it's fairly tight going in and coming out.
