This product is not 5Kg as described. The company informed me this was due to a manufacturing error. That said it is still light enough to handle and much easier to use than my older rollator. I always read the negative reviews first and knew that people had difficulty with keeping it folded. I knew that would be easy to solve with a small strap on the handles. I chose to use Velcro and they should really just add the strap for the convenience but you could just use a piece of string or bungee cord. The brake levers are a little stiff but it is brand new. I also think the rollator is extremely well made and very stable and the reason that some people have said not to lean back on it is because they sat on it the wrong way around. The back support strap is excellent if you sit the correct way. You basically just apply the brakes and then you turn around and sit. I have used it now on buses and taken it in the car and it is easier than my other 2 to use and to transport. This is my third rollator. I have a Drive rollator and a heavy and bulky fancy French Chariot. The Drive rollator is far less manageable although it is a similar weight. I wanted something that would be easier to use on public transport and I have not been disappointed.

Nice and light but the brakes are rather stiff and jerky to use.This folds up well but needs a clip of some sort to keep it folded, none included. The instructions are poor and in the case of adjusting the height of the arms, incorrect, failing to mention the unscrewing required prior to pulling out the knob. Oh and larger in focus pictures would be good. Mother liked it so there we are.

easy to assemble good quality and price

Purchased for my mother-in-law after an earlier return of a different rollator. This was much more to her liking - as it has a flexible material back so there is a wider spread of holding which was important for her as she had lower back pain. The unit is light and closes very well and into a nice tight space. Holder for an umbrella is apparently important! This has been used on pavements and forest paths to great success.

This rollator is good quality, very lightweight and has enabled me and the family to take.mum out more easily. She has a much heavier rollator for use at home and in the retirement village but it was so heavy and awkward to get in the car! This is easy to fold with one hand and easy to fit into the boot or back of the car. Sturdy enough for her to safely use, as if she uses it whilst out she is always with someone. So it's safe for her to manage. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought it for when I go out with my daughter in the car When you put it up to use, you need to make sure it clicks into place by pressing hard with both hands on the back of the seat. I am just under 5 feet so short, I find it a bit too high on the low setting but it’s manageable. Had I realised it would not go down anymore I would have loosen for a different one.

We bought this for my aunt who absolutely loves it - it is SO light and VERY strong and therefore makes lifting extremely easy and storage and sitting comfortable and secure. This frame really does a good job, its easy to assemble, neat and smart looking, it gave all the confidence my aunt needed and she is now walking without sticks etc. We have already been stopped and asked for the details of it, I couldn’t find anything that looked this neat on the market. Very happy with it!

Die Lieferung ging ganz schnell . Trotzdem das er so leicht ist erfüllt er seinen Zweck man kann ihn zusammenklappen somit paßt er injedes Auto rein und behindert auch keinem im Lokal und in Geschäfte kann man auch ohne das man jemanden behindert gehen, da er sehr schmal ist. Er steht den teuren Rollatoren nichts nach.

Je me suis offert cet appareil pour me permettre une meilleure autonomie et surtout, conserver mon périmètre de marche (très important !). Cherchant un modèle pliant, léger surtout, j'ai été séduite par l'argumentaire. Ces appareils sont tous assez lourds. Avec une diminution des forces physiques, c'est dur de soulever toute seule les 7 à 10 kg que pèsent ces déambulateurs en moyenne. Cependant, à l'usage, l'on apprend vite quelques astuces pour monter et descendre les trottoirs etc. (Youtube, par exemple, fourmille de tutoriels). Reste que je voyage souvent en train et prends le taxi sinon le bus. Et là, ce sont les autres qui rechignent à m'aider pour cause de poids etc. Cependant, si en effet l'appareil n'est pas aussi lourd que les autres, il pêche par sa structure trop légère : le cadre n'est pas suffisamment rigide ! C'est un défaut qui a motivé son renvoi. J'opte pour un autre modèle (acheté ce soir). Poids à peine plus élevé, grandes roues car m'aperçois que ça monte mieux les dénivelés. Meilleure stabilité aussi, c'est primordial. Les pièces comportent sur ce modèle trop de plastiques. C'est dommage car il est très esthétique ! Je n'ai pas facilement trouvé comment le régler en hauteur non plus. Un modèle à ne pas acheter.

Well built with nice appearance and details. It’s light weight however can sometimes require extra care when using the walker on rough or uneven surfaces. Still, highly recommended.
