I love this product. The product isn't covered up by sweet flavoring, the amount of the product means it lasts longer and the price is comparable to the quality of the product.

I like the balance of different types of magnesium, the simplicity of using a dropper, the flavor is nice. BUT…after checking the nutrition label again, I realized the content of vitamin B1 is far above the daily requirements, and excess amounts can cause neuropathy. If you experience tingling or numbness, check if other supplements you are taking may already have you above what you need. I personally am experiencing these effects.

Has an excellent blend of magnesium and potassium. Works better for me than straight mag glycinate.
