EXCELLENT! Had recent nose surgery and can not blow my nose. This helped loosen mucus up so it would come out! I will also you for home facials as soon as I can. Very impressed!!

I'm using it at my studio. Since it arrived, my clients and I have been enjoying the facial steamer. The light with three grades of intensity is also great!

I had to give 4 stars because as soon as I put it together and put the aroma cotton in place under the steamer, it broke off! A little frustrating to have something break before you get to use it! It is very cheap plastic and I was expecting maybe a better grade of plastic. You must handle with extra care as all seems fragile. Other than that it is a very pretty pink and heats up quickly with a perfect steam!

I purchased this steam machine but have only used it a few times, and each time, it presented a serious issue. Despite using new distilled water every time, the water always turned a very noticeable yellow after use. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the inside of the machine is heavily rusted. This is not just a significant quality defect, but it completely defeats the purpose of the machine. Instead of providing the intended benefits for skincare, it has had the opposite effect and created negative side effects. Risks of using rusty water for skincare: Using rusty water during beauty treatments can be harmful in several ways: 1. Skin irritation and allergic reactions: Rust particles and impurities in the water can cause redness, itching, and allergic reactions, leading to more serious skin issues. 2. Clogged pores and breakouts: Rust and impurities may clog pores, potentially leading to acne and other skin problems. 3. Damage to the skin’s protective barrier: Prolonged exposure to rusty water can compromise the skin’s natural barrier, causing dryness, roughness, and accelerated aging. 4. Increased risk of infection: Rusty water may contain bacteria and impurities, raising the risk of skin infections. Overall, this machine not only failed to deliver any of the promised benefits but also posed potential risks to skin health. The quality issue is extremely concerning and disappointing.

This is my FAVORITE steamer (and I’ve tried several)! Not only is it super cute, its functionality is awesome, and the features are great. I love the aroma therapy option which is an added treat! It is lightweight and portable for our mobile beauty babes and estheticians on the go. It takes about 5 minutes to warm up and then it is good to go! For my *mobile* beauties, my only tip is that when you are in transit, be careful with the attachable rod where the steam comes out of, making sure it is set securely in place or remove it completely. Since it doesn’t lock or screw in, this piece fell out while I was transporting it on the streets of NYC. No damage was done thankfully, but please be sure to handle with care if OR when you are traveling. Overall, I love this beautiful product to use for my clients!

It’s not working at all

Good quality, not very stable but for the rest good quality

Steamer is stopped working evertime I use it. I don't know what's happening. I thought it is a auto something. But no there is an issue with it. I am not able to reach out to seller. Very frustrating.

Remember to check voltage before use it’s 110 V only I bought and used in Dubai with 220 V it burnt on the first try !
