Way better than debrox. Did use an ear scoop tool to pull out. One use on a 4 year old. No complains about the drops.

Both my parents had hearing issues, and I am in that age range now. I don't know that these ear drops can cure that. I will schedule for a real hearing assessment in April. The drops did seem to help a little. It may come down to inherited deafness or impacted ear wax, and I won't offer expertise on either of those. They DO feel good, and if your ears itch, they help with that.

I let it soak in my ear for 20 minutes, I used an ear canal wax remover tool. First time I used the tool before the drops it didn't do anything. After I used the drops a big chunk of wax came out. Saved me a trip to the ENT.

Absolute garbage. Do not buy. Package is impossible to open. I had to use scissors to break open the seal. I cut two fingers that bled all over. Had to pour liquid in my ear, it went all over my chest. Liquid did absolutely nothing for my ear. Complete and utter garbage. Shameful product. Shameful company.

I bought these ear drops after dealing with blocked ears and stubborn wax build-up that was starting to affect my hearing slightly, and honestly I wish I had tried them sooner. I would of used standard olive oil drops before with very mixed results, but these made a noticeable difference much more quickly. The first thing I noticed was how easy they are to use. The bottle is straightforward, the drops go in easily without making a mess, and you only need a small amount each time. I followed the instructions carefully and within a short time I could already feel the wax starting to soften and loosen. What impressed me most was how effective they were on hardened wax. I’d been struggling with that blocked, muffled feeling in one ear for quite a while, and after using these consistently the pressure and blockage noticeably improved. It genuinely felt like my ears were finally clearing properly instead of just temporarily softening the wax. I was slightly worried they might sting or irritate the ears because some stronger ear drops can feel uncomfortable, but these were actually much gentler than expected. You can feel them working slightly, but it wasn’t painful or unpleasant at all. Another thing I appreciated was how much easier it made cleaning afterwards. The wax became far softer and easier to remove naturally compared to before, and I can completely understand why products like this can help reduce the need for syringing or microsuction appointments. I’ve also found them really useful for maintaining ear hygiene before wax becomes a bigger problem. Since using these occasionally, my ears feel much clearer overall and I haven’t had that same heavy blocked sensation returning. The bottle size might look small at first, but because you only use a few drops at a time it actually lasts longer than expected. The packaging also feels professional and trustworthy compared to some cheaper ear care products I’ve seen online. What surprised me most is how much relief I got from something so simple. When your ears feel blocked, it affects concentration and comfort more than you realise, so finally getting that clearer hearing feeling back was genuinely satisfying. I am really impressed with how quickly and effectively these worked. Simple to use, gentle on the ears and genuinely effective for stubborn hardened wax. Definitely one of the better ear care products I have tried. If you’re struggling with blocked ears or excessive wax build-up and want something effective before considering professional cleaning, I would absolutely recommend giving these a try.

Omg, I'm going to cry I'm so happy this fixed my ear completely. It sounded like a frying egg in my ear dissolving the wax instantly. This was delivered about 5 minutes ago and I opened the box, then opened the package and then opened the bottle and filled up my aching ear and it's completely taken the wax out instantly. I also ordered an E80 powered irrigation unit to follow up with and after a month of pain and being deaf its finally cured! Buy now do not hesitate!

Works well

I’ve been having really itchy ears lately and I’m definitely guilty of using cotton buds, which probably hasn’t helped. I could tell they were getting blocked, and even family members were telling me to turn the TV down! I’ve been using these for three nights and I can definitely feel a difference. My ears feel much clearer and I can hear properly again, which has been a relief. They’re very easy to use and not uncomfortable in the ear. You do get a slight fizzing/bubbling feeling when you put the drops in, which feels a bit odd at first but you get used to it quickly. It’s also not an instant fix… you do need to use them over a few days to notice the full effect, but that seems to be how they’re meant to work. One thing to be aware of is they can be a bit messy, so it’s worth using them before bed or when you can lie down for a few minutes. So they’ve worked well for me and done exactly what was needed , I have much clearer ears and seen a noticeable improvement in my hearing.
