Great Quality, great price! Does what it should and is USB 3.0 rated. Cable is a good thick durable material…. And that how I like everything… thick layers of icing. Thick thighs. Thick cuts of bacon…. Just thick eerythang…. Including the insulation on these cable ports!!!!

I own a 1991 Toyota MR2 with the stock cassette/CD/AM-FM unit. My goal was to give my car more modern features while keeping it as stock as possible. I tried three different USB options for my car. The first was the LECMARK Universal 1.5M Flush Mount Cable Autos 3.5mm USB AUX Headphone Male Jack Mounting Modified Socket for Volkswagen Toyota Car (2nd Picture). I had to modify one of my blank punchouts to make this fit. Although it looked good and functioned as a USB port, it was not compatible with Android Auto. I then removed my cigarette lighter and put in a BATIGE USB 3.0 & 3.5mm Car Mount Flush Cable 3.5mm + USB3.0 AUX Extension Dash Panel Waterproof Mount Cable for Car Boat and Motorcycle - 3ft. This worked like a champ, however I was not satisfied with the look. Although it fit in where the cigarette lighter assembly was, I could no longer use the surround back light that was there for the lighter assembly. It worked, just didn't like how it looked. As this point I was pretty discouraged. I had ordered a dual USB port cable for my FJ Cruiser, and it worked great, so I found the same type but in a single USB port configuration and ordered. It arrived, I tested it and low and behold it worked with Android Auto!! I then grabbed my only remaining blank, cut out the center to fit the port and installed (First picture). I tested it after full installation and it worked like a champ! Overall, very happy with this product, and it is one of the few that is compatible with Android Auto. Yes, I could have just ran the head unit's USB cable to my glove box, but who wants to constantly use the glove box? No this guy. Anyways, I'm happy now, and that's what matters.

So I purchased this to do a clean install of a remote mounted USB port connected to the back of my headunit. I wanted it to look as factory as possible and this installs pretty flush and matched the interior plastic color well. Now I am not sure why this happens but it does not seem to like every USB cable that gets plugged into it. To be certain it wasn't the head unit I tried them all separately directly connected to it from the rear and they all worked. So whatever is going on is a direct result of this extension. With that being said it suits my needs perfectly and I just keep the cables I know work with it in the car.

Quality is good, would have worked perfectly for me if I would have measured where I wanted to put it! Other than that, it's what the description say.

I bought this USB port to use with the factory Audi Concert radio in my Audi TT. My car is a 2001 and has a telephone jack in the center console that was originally used for a mobile phone. It came this way brand-new. The mobile phone is long gone but the jack is there. I recently bought an iPod adapter to work with the Concert radio and wanted to put the USB port somewhere other than just sticking it in the glove box. Since the telephone port was there, I found a USB port that looked like it'd fit and bought it. That's this one here. It is almost the right size to fit in the factory telephone plug spot. I had to alter it slightly to get it to fit perfectly. I took about a millimeter off of the bottom and I cut a chamfer into the top using my rotary tool. That let the USB port fit flush. The retaining tabs grabbed the plastic and it fits really well but with a bit of jiggling, I could pull it out. The end is not hard plastic. It is a rubbery material and is flexible. I 3D printed a bracket which screws where the factory screws did, and which holds the USB port securely in place. If you want to print out the same bracket for your Audi, I've uploaded it to Thingiverse. Search for Audi USB port bracket there and you'll find it and can download it for free. I am happy with the results. It looks like it was put there by Audi and I can plug in my phone or iPod and have it charge while sitting on the passenger seat. Other reviewers provided the dimensions and I found they were similar to what I measured. I measured 19mm x 11mm for the size of the body. You'll want a 21mm x 12mm hole for it to fit properly.

ナビからのUSBケーブルを、自動車のダミーのスイッチパネルに埋め込むために購入しました。 ダミーのスイッチパネルを穴あけ加工して取付けましたがちゃんと引っかかるツメもあり綺麗にしっかり取付けできました。

車載用に買い求めました。パネルマウントにするので角穴を開けるのだけど、穴寸法などの資料はないから現物合わせで空ける必要がある。あと、抜け止め用の爪の形状があまりよくない。アルミやスチールの薄板用の形状なので、板厚のある樹脂パネルに取り付ける場合は爪のほうを加工しないと抜け止めとして機能しない。爪の強度も材質的に怪しいので、爪が折れる場合もあるかもしれません。
