Smatree Laptop Hard Case for 18 inch ASUS ROG Strix Scar 18 2025 G835/2024

Great product, keeps my g18 2025 safe. But when centered there is about 1 inch of free space around my whole g18 so in my opinion not a true fit as described but that might be by design. I'm a trucker and so far it has protected my 3,500 dollar laptop.. fits in my laptop sleeve of my backpack and the color doesn't stain. I recommend it for the money

I was worried about finding a laptop case that would fit a bigger/thicker laptop, but this case fits my 17.3" MSI Raider perfectly. It has nice padding/reinforcement and the zipper is very smooth. The interior lining is also very soft, so I don't have to worry about it scratching up my laptop. I think it's a little pricey, but overall worth it for what I needed it for and I didn't have to worry about returning a sleeve that is too small. It looks really sleek, and overall feels like a durable and well made product.

Purchased an ASUS ROG Strix Scar, an18 inch laptop, and realized late - this thing is big. Needing to transport it safely requires it to be placed in something that will protect it when the bag it's in is thrown in the trunk, or set down a bit roughly. This will provide a good level of protection. It is semi-rigid, fully enclosing, padded protection, that can be inserted into a sufficiently sized backpack. This Smatree 18 inch sleeve/case does a good job of providing essential protection. Add something like the Everkey Business 120 backpack and you can move your larger/heavier (expensive) laptop with some much needed assurance that simple misshandling wont result in serious damage to your laptop. It can also be fit into the Pelican 1495 CC#1 if you want a briefcase that will help it survive serious abuse.

Nice laptop case overall - especially at this price point. The zipper runs smoothly, and I really like the texture of the outer fabric—it's grippy and feels durable. The inside is soft and plush, providing a comfy layer against scratches. I wouldn't describe it as completely "hard," but it definitely offers enough structure and moderate protection, perfect for slipping into a well-organized bag. Solid choice if you're looking for something protective yet slim.

Fits my giant 18 inch laptop perfectly. It's so thin and light that it slides into the backpack that is specifically sized for that laptop. The design makes me feel so much better when traveling knowing my expensive laptop has another layer of protection, the waffled side keeps things away from pressing against the screen and the fuzzy lining cleans it every time I put it in and take it out. After spending 2K on a laptop spending approximately 100 on additional protection seems like it just makes sense.

I have this case for over a year. Very Happy. it’s so good, I bought one for my son too. Well-made case , strong outside shell ,clean zipper and straps inside for extra security..
