Not a miracle but definitely helps

Excellent at reducing bitterness
I open the capsules and mix the powder in drinks to reduce bitterness. Works great. I needed to start taking Potassium BHB Powder, but it was too bitter. Adding this Chitosan powder from one capsule makes it much more palatable.

Exactly what iveanted
Fiber from this source is a fat sponge. Lowers cholesterol..so up your good fats! Normally this is quite expensive..bit this brand was affordable, did not upset my colitis!! I will buy again. Check with your doc and monitor your lipids closely so you dont also lower your good fats too much!!

Great post gallbladder removal
I've been dealing with bile acid reabsorption since having my gallbladder removed and if you know what that is, it's nasty. I take 3 of these capsules 20 minutes with 16oz of water before dinner and no problems. Why didn't I think of this sooner?
