Reflexology Insoles for Men - gently massage the reflexology points on your feet

The insoles are really good if not a bit small I use them in my safety shoes at work as I have to stand most of the time and they really do help. Wished they just fitted better.

They are really good in my husbands shoes he says you don't no you've got them in as they are that comfy infact I'll get some more later on for his other shoes

Why are these insoles shaped the way they are?? "Feet are not shaped at that angle " so I made a slight alteration too them by cutting straight across at the arch ,then lay it straight ,(like a normal foot )then cut off the the small wedge shaped piece with scissors ,then rejoin the two halves with adhesive tape ,they will then fit perfectly in the shoes ,and will be more comfortable ,the other solution is send them back !! I suffer from plantar fascIItIs which I have had for over a year ,and my goodness ,I am finally getting relief ,so ,all this effort has worked .

I found the insoles far too painful and uncomfortable to wear inside of my trainers even for a short period of time. Granted, they're reasonably priced but don't waste your money.

The product is good but smaller than my needs.

Thought I'd give these a try but find they are too hard on the feet and don't massage as far as I can tell.

Feel the difference, but cat keep them in for too long
