I ordered from this seller in early June and the pod package arrived and wasn't sealed. Ignored that and tried multiple times to get it to spray and no matter what I did, makeup would not come out, only air. Yes, I pulled the plastic piece down with the pod pointing up. There was nothing to clean since it was supposedly brand new but I cleaned it anyway. I put in another pod purchased directly from Temptu and it worked so I know it is not the applier. I decided this one must be defective and returned it and stupid me, ordered another one mid June. This time the package was again not sealed and there was makeup on the plug. I wonder if someone tried to refill these? Same thing, it won't spray. This time because I am now using another makeup (I don't love), I accidentally let 30 days go by and now I can't even return it. I kept saying, I will figure it out tomorrow and then when I went to return it was day 32. So I am stuck with this defective $50 pod. I have been using Temptu for years and have never experienced this. I don't think its a coincidence that 2 pods, received weeks apart in June, both happen to have issues. Order direct from Temptu or perhaps another seller on Amazon!
