How can i ensure ego products purchased on amazon are covered by ego’s warranty?

Ego warranty is JUNK, customer support is worthless, batteries failed in less than a year and half and even though they claim 3 year warranty they won't stand behind it even with receipt! After 8 or 9 phone calls, waiting any where’s from 25 to 55 minutes on hold each time, I was told there is no warranty because they are not an authorized dealer! Ego talks a good talk but I will never buy anything from them again and you should use caution buying from a company that doesn’t stand behind their product!!! I have a trimmer and a blower going to the landfill because I will never spend another penny on an ego product!

It's not as loud as a canister vacuum cleaner I know it's much quieter than gas powered

Does the charger know when to stop charging the battery? Or will it keep charging if you leave the battery on it.

It’s an automatic charger. Just plug the battery in and walk away. When it’s done it stops.
