ASURION 2 Year Headphones Protection Plan ($30 - $39.99)

My item arrived a couple of days ago and I must say it’s a great purchase. Love the sound quality, and it’s easy to use. It shows up on my phones Bluetooth as soon as I turned it on. My only concern is figuring out which button turns the device off, which one skips songs and which one answers calls. It’s gonna take me a bit.

Bought trucker Bluetooth headphones and added the asurion 2 year insurance. Within a year they stopped working, I filed a claim on their website which was very simple and within a week my claim was completed. Highly recommend their services.

My original review included a note of how I would edit it upon changes in; there have been changes, but it has sadly made my opinion and respect for Asurion decline even more. Before I was simply waiting for a response from anyone with some actual news or instructions since my claim was being completely ignored. I did get some instructions on how and where to return the package, and I did just that a little over a week ago. I had to go through several different people from their team on multiple platforms to even get this far. I even checked before last weekend to simply get an update on the status of my package. I was assured I would get a response within a few days for an update; I have gotten none. I have now shipped back a broken headset, without getting even a cent of my protection plan. I ended up having to just buy a new headset out of my own pocket entirely, because I needed a new one for work and literally could not wait any longer. At this point, I am not expecting it and am halfway convinced Asurion just flat-out scammed me. I would not buy this ever again. Even the site to file claims themselves is a nightmare to navigate with long load times even just for a single page.

Asurion protection is well worth purchasing! I have had no issues whatsoever with them reimbursing me for a product. They send me a shipping label for item to return and I receive the money as an Amazon gift card to load to my account. Ease of use to file a claim and fast speedy payment.

Great experience. Claim was processed and paid out in less than one day. Well worth the few dollars for the extended plan. Will use this again!

It was a fairly easy process. The only difficulty was submitting pictures of the serial number og my headset. It was so dark amd small they needed multiple pictures sent. I was starting to get aggravated but also realized that is not their fault. As soon as they were satisfied with the pictures, they paid the claim.
